Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Recruiter will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent across multiple functions including Research & Development, Quality, Finance, and Operations. This role acts as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.

 

About the Role:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand and advise on position requirements to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
  • Manage the development and execution of recruitment and creative sourcing strategies that attract active and passive candidates.
  • Perform searches for candidates using social media tools, networking, internet recruiting, referrals, college recruiting, association memberships & other methods.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to create, source and execute effective recruiting strategies of passive candidates, as well as manage key internal partner relationships is required.
  • Exceptional interviewing skills needed to analyze applicant qualifications, motivations, and performance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting in medical device, pharma, or biotech.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
