Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Urology team, the Clinical Educator will provide a positive customer experience by ensuring that customers who purchase equipment from Laborie use it as suggested and to their satisfaction, while offering educational guidance to optimize customer usage of diagnostics and products. The Clinical Educator will also partner with the sales team to identify goals and opportunities for training, education, and business development.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide training, education, and support for the installation of newly purchased Urodynamic capital equipment.
  • Educate end users of the equipment according to ICS and Laborie standards.
  • Ensure existing customers are comfortable using their equipment and provide additional training as needed, proactively support customer training needs. 
  • Assist the sales team by promoting the sale of disposable and durable products, and extended warranties while onsite.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience in urodynamics, licensure as a nurse is encouraged.
  • 2 years’ experience in medical technology company delivering clinical customer facing material.
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly energized environment with multiple projects.
  • Ability to quickly re-evaluate and prioritize needs based on changing healthcare landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, and technical aptitude.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical education experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical device setting preferred.
  • Experience with OAB navigation, third line therapies, and pelvic floor therapy ideal.
