Who We’re Looking For: 

The Human Resources Sr Manager is a key member of the Global HR team, providing strategic partnership to two Executive Team Members and operational HR support to their teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs.

 

About the Role: 

  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies that support Laborie’s growth and drive strong employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior management to build workforce plans that align talent capabilities with organizational objectives.
  • Provide oversight and strategic planning for recruitment, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute Total Rewards Strategies, including objectives and achievement metrics.
  • Actively participate in or lead enterprise-wide strategic HR projects from start to finish.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
  • 12+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR leadership roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
  • Strong change leadership, business acumen, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build strong networks, resolve conflicts sensitively, and lead remote teams.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to challenge others constructively while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in OCM or Project Management
  • Demonstrated success in global HR leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical operations HR needs
  • Expertise in scaling HR strategies for growth-focused organizations
