Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Urology team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing Eclipse™ System for Bowel Control as the treatment of choice for women suffering from Fecal Incontinence and to achieve sales goals amongst other clinical and commercial objectives that positively impact growth in revenue and adoption of the technology.

 

This is a business-critical role in a growing business unit and as such requires a highly motivated individual, focused on executing commercial objectives and exceeding operational targets.

 

About the Role:

  • Effectively communicate the Laborie and Eclipse value proposition to customers, build and maintain relationships with KOL’s within the assigned territory.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell Eclipse to current and potential clients; provide in-service clinical support to healthcare practitioners on the appropriate and correct use of the Eclipse product.
  • Demonstrate the effective use of all sales tools and materials provided, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved. 
  • Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt Eclipse as an integral part of their fecal incontinence practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of medical sales within the urology space.
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, present, and discuss scientific data.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within US regional assignment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical background preferred.
