Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the UK Sales team, the Territory Manager will sell and promote Laborie’s range of products (Equipment and Consumables for Urology and Obstetrics), provide also repair, service and maintenance in both public and private hospitals.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and delivering new sales conversations as well as maintaining existing business in the field of Urology and OB. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, Doctors, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres across a wide portfolio of exciting products.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets across Urology, Interventional Urology and OB portfolio’s
- Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Keep company CRM and associated sales tools update to date
- Assist in strategy planning and marketing campaigns
- Attend and support exhibitions
- Provide quotations and correspondence to customers
- Provide installation and training to end users with support
- Produce regular reports on activities within your territory and on competitor’s activity
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience of medical device industry
- Full UK driving license
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Being trustworthy, reliable and able to act in a confidential manner.
- Commercial awareness and drive.
- Excellent communicating skills
- Strong verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Urology would be advantageous
