Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Global Urology Therapeutics team, the Director of Global Marketing will be accountable for the global strategy and management of the Therapeutic Urology portfolio.  The Director will lead, develop, and direct Commercial Marketing and Global Product Managers as well as drive collaboration with cross functional partners to ensure the success of the UR Therapy portfolio. 

 

About the Role:

  • Develop, coach, and lead the global marketing team; oversee the development and implementation of product roadmap from innovation/sustaining to commercialization or rationalization.
  • Global P&L ownership across the Therapy portfolio.
  • Leverage market insights and opportunities in close partnership with region leaders to determine investment strategy, and global mix.
  • Effectively lead the Therapeutic portfolio through critical business processes including Quarterly Business Reviews, Quality Reviews, Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Market Assessment and Annual Strategic Plan.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 9+ years of professional marketing and/or sales work experience within a global matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success in the delivery of global new product development, sustaining activities, and commercialization.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from accredited university preferred.
  • Preference for experience in a cross-functional role such as Sales, Finance, Research & Development, Operations, etc.
