Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Production Plannerwill successfully meet company goals and objectives while coordinating and monitoring production within the plant. The Planner will lead the planning and scheduling of manufacturing, testing, and assembly plans with an emphasis on service levels and optimal inventory targets.

 

About the Role:

  • Monitor, analyze, plan, and execute daily schedule and rolling for a three-month production plan with respect to global sales forecast.  
  • Track the daily sales order status in order to ensure timely delivery to the customers.  
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Production for order confirmations and prioritizing the production scheduling accordingly.  
  • Plan, prepare and issue work orders and coordinate with multiple departments.  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain; in lieu of degree, equivalent work experience may be acceptable. 
  • Three years of relevant experience in materials planning, scheduling, and forecasting within a low volume high mix manufacturing environment.  
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP software, preferably SAP.  
  • Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing process.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.  
  • Sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills.  
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite, with advanced excel skills.  
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO13485 Quality standards.
