Are You Up To The Challenge?

Kwalee has been a leader in mobile game development and publishing for many years, and is now looking to diversify into PC & console games. Having established a publishing team and initial product pipeline over the last 2 years, we are looking for a strong leader who can deliver commercial success from this pipeline and add more high quality content to the roster. You will work closely with your team of marketing, publishing, scouting and product experts to maximise the return on investment for each game we launch, and create a strong network of platform partners and game developers.

Your Team Mates

Our team of publishers and managers work with game development studios who want to produce brilliant games for the PC and console markets. With over seven functional teams, our expertise on publishing multiplatform games spans across 30 collective years.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

  • Lead the team responsible for managing all aspects of PC & console game publishing, including strategy, marketing, product acquisition and product management

  • Build a portfolio of high quality and commercially successful PC & console games

  • Establish and maintain an excellent and trusted relationship with partner game developers/studios, marketing partners, platform holders, and influencers

  • Manage departmental P&L and forecasts

  • Analyse the market and implement best practice marketing and publishing strategies

Your Hard Skills

  • At least 4 years experience managing a successful cross functional publishing team, in games or a similar industry

  • Commercially minded, quality focused, results driven with experience in marketing, business development, product acquisition and sales

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Passion for games and knowledge of the games industry, trends and key players with network of key gaming contacts
