Position Summary:
 
The Leadership Development Program Manager plays a key role in driving a high-performance culture by creating meaningful development experiences that cultivate exceptional talent. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing development programs and solutions to enhance leadership capabilities across the firm. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Leads and supports complex initiatives to advance skills and capabilities of firm leaders.
  • Utilize design thinking principles to create innovative and user-centered leadership development programs that effectively address the needs of participants and the organization.
  • Recommends and delivers learning experiences, services, trainings and other interventions that are aligned with proven theory and practice.
  • Stays current with trends in learning and development industry.
  • Leverages technology, learning systems and vendor partners to enhance and supplement comprehensive development experiences.
  • Works closely with members of KSM’s People team and other senior leaders to ensure alignment of leadership development initiatives with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Regularly evaluates learning and development programs to ensure they are achieving the learning and business goals of the firm. 
Requirements/Qualifications: 
  • BA/BS degree (related fields: Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Leadership, Education, Instructional Design). Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Application of OD, adult learning principles, instructional design, and a variety of learning modalities to design and deliver development programs and solutions.
  • Experienced facilitator and presenter with proven ability to plan and manage virtual and hybrid events.
  • High attention to detail, including strong organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize frequent and competing demands.
