Position Summary:  
 
Audit Support Coordinators will work as a team member providing high-level administrative support to our Audit & Assurance Group. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise sound judgment in various situations and maintain a balance among multiple priorities.  
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor, manage, and enter information into various Document Management Systems.
  • Support the planning efforts of audit and assurance engagements
  • Input, monitor, and manage Client Database Management System on behalf of department
  • Complete client acceptance process for audit & assurance clients 
  • Support the wrap up efforts of audit and assurance engagements 
  • Create, edit, and proof high level internal and external documents  
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the firm
  • Calendar management for group including scheduling meetings and detailed travel coordination
  • Enter and submit expenses
  • Manage and coordinate large-scale internal and external virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams, including periodically hosting meetings, order catering and managing CPE credits.
  • Occasionally communicate with clients regarding tax documentation or other related information
  • Prepare and File 5558’s, 5500’s and 8955’s behalf of clients
  • Occasional WIP & billing responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of nondisclosure compilations
  • Track and follow up on confirmations for audit clients
  • Data Entry
  • Compile weekly reports for group
  • Launch and track feedback evaluations for audit & assurance group
  • Serve as a backup for other operations support to meet workload deadlines or during absences for the office
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Occasional training of teammates  
Requirements/Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support 
  • Openness to ongoing trainings 
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see through entire process 
  • A high degree of initiative with the ability to think proactively and problem-solve
