  • Provide DevOps support to the wider business by working collaboratively with various teams within Technology domain, both internally and with our customers.
  • Maintain optimum operational levels for both IT services and applications
  • Quickly respond to high impact application incident/service outages to assist in issue diagnosis and service restoration. 
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and development teams to define and manage the new release contents. Follow up deliveries planning.


  • 2+ years of technical experience in an IT Operations role in a worldwide organization. An experience within the telecom industry is a bonus.
  • Experience with multiple technologies with a proven track record of adopting new technologies quickly:
    • Advanced SQL
    • Advanced Linux and bash scripting.
    • Experience in API environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills: we expect you to be comfortable interacting with our customers and your co-workers
  • Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced team environment and maintains attention to detail while under pressure with tight deadlines,
