Description

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the fastest growing technology field. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for general duties in support of customer requirements and
internal process standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Handle customer account creation, part number and warehouse set up
  • Create new bills of materials based on customer requests and product specifications
  • Create and manage process documentation that reflects current standards and requirements
  • Support internal and external inquiries via a ticketing system related to transactional activity
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • An organized self-starter that learns quickly and independently
  • Critical thinking with a sharp eye for detail is a must
  • Customer experience focused, with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Flexible, positive team player that collaborates well with internal groups
  • Ability to multi-task and contribute across all areas of the team and business
  • Process driven, with the ability to clearly outline and document tasks and procedures
