Director, Controller

The Director, Controller is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial analysis and tax planning.

  • Prepare internal and external (e.g. statutory audits) financial reporting for KORE’s operating entities in the EMEA region, as well as consolidated financial reports
  • Strategic financial planning and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Profitability analysis
  • Tax planning (Income tax and Commodity tax)
  • Design and implement various internal control measures
  • Management of the NL Finance team
  • Manage the NL payroll function


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
  • 2 – 5 years’ post qualification experience
  • Proficient in financial statement preparation and consolidation
  • Experience managing a small team of administration and payroll staff
  • Experience in telecommunications market is a benefit


  • AA or RA designation


  • Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP
  • Working knowledge of Dutch and Belgian corporate income tax and other commodity taxes
  • Advance financial modeling skills
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
  • Advanced analytical skills and easy adaptation to changing business environments
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
