What will you do?  

Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analytics, the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will partner with KORE’s senior leadership team, be accountable for financial analysis and reporting efficacy for related multiple internal business units, and play a critical role in the consolidated OPEX annual operating plan and forecasting processes. Your primary goal will be working collaboratively and cross-functionally as we continue to enhance our FP&A business reporting capabilities, and advance service levels to all internal stakeholders. You are a trusted business partner, continuously focused on turning challenges into optimal solutions. This critical role is fully engaged in the business support of various teams and is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate extensively with diverse teams across the globe.  


Primary Responsibilities ·  

FP&A Overall:  

  • Strategic Financial Stewardship: Be the financial custodian, ensuring accurate monthly financials in line with US GAAP. Drive monthly accruals and journal entries with an eye for detail and compliance.
  • Expert Analysis: Deliver sharp, insightful financial analysis. Your keen eye will spot trends, analyze variances, and provide strategic solutions to financial challenges.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with various business units, offering financial guidance and cost management insights. Your role is crucial in driving financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovative Reporting: Create impactful, executive-level financial summaries. Your reports will inform key decisions,
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve OPEX reporting and forecasting methodologies, employing the latest technology and best practices.
  • Process Innovator: Continuously seek and implement improvements, focusing on automation and simplification.
  • Robust Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance controls over OPEX management, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring integrity and accuracy.


Budgeting & Forecasting Excellence:  

  • Leadership in Planning:
  • Coordinate and oversee the annual OPEX and headcount planning process, aligning it with KORE's strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure comprehensive and cohesive financial planning.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
  • Collaborative Forecasting:
  • Engage with departmental leaders to refine and adjust financial forecasts, reflecting changing business conditions.
  • Implement forecasting models that provide accurate predictions and support proactive decision-making.
  • Ensure that all forecasting activities are conducted transparently, with clear communication and stakeholder involvement.

  • Robust Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance controls over OPEX management, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Desired Skills and Experience ·  

  • Educational Excellence: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in relevant roles, with a preference for an accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA).
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
  • Technological Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, and familiarity with NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge Foundation: Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
