Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, IT Support Professional? If you are an experienced Support Analyst, then you may be the person our team needs. We are seeking an IT professional with experience providing end-user support to join our team as an IT Support Analyst.

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing end user support for hardware, software, and network assistance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, & triage trouble tickets
  • Install and configure complex hardware/software and provide support for upgrades and enhancements
  • Hardware image configuration management for desktop, and laptops
  • Verify issue resolution with the customer and update the help desk ticketing system
  • Communicate plans and progression of issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Configure, install, and support desktop hardware, and software
  • Document fixes and contribute to the standardization of processes and procedure
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience supporting Dell desktops and laptops

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant experience (at least 3 years preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge of Fortinet firewall technologies
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
