If you are meticulous about accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you may be the person we need to join our as a Contracts Administrator.

Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Creation and editing of Customer specific documents of KORE Contract/Agreement Program Template(s)
  • Revisions and/or Updates to existing and previous Contract/Agreement offers 
  • Validate and Approve CPQ-DocuSign Envelope for issuance
  • Issue Customer documents for DocuSign routing
  • Product item validation on IoT Platform: SID/PRiSM, OMS, and Porthos
  • CRM System management
  • Workload tracking and organization
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business-related degree or diploma
  • Customer Support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, investigative, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, integrity, initiative, innovation, collaboration and results orientation
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
