Position Overview:

KORE Power is currently seeking a self-motivated and innovative Project Manager to join our growing company and help us organize and drive results within our team and with our partners. As a Project Manager on our dynamic and driven team you will leverage your experience to identify business system and user needs, while identifying improvements in processes and procedures towards successful project implementation.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Prepares project reports for business updates
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Handle project and program agreements, budgeting and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot project issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement program and business process improvements.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience is required
  • Must speak Mandarin 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience requried
  • Measured ability to handle project and program agreements, budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of different Enterprise applications, workflows, databases
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliability
  • Experienced and comfortable in fast growing, high demand business environments
  • Experienced in engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project plans, specifications, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and RFI's. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
