Position Overview:

KORE Power is currently seeking an Email Marketing Specialist. You will work cross-functionally in the execution of email programs that support prospect monetization, audience engagement and ad-hoc campaigns. You will report to the Director of Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and analysis of email campaigns
  • Executing email campaign sends via MailChimp and Pardot
  • Assisting with email copywriting
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Implementing strategies (segmentation, triggers, flows, A/B tests) to improve KPIs
  • Develop and Nurture relationships with stakeholders across the organization to support in the email marketing processes
  • Maintain master spreadsheets to aid in the collection of insights for individual campaign/email/content type by audience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Strong Analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and vast knowledge of email best practices, including strategy, segmentation, optimized messaging, personalization, and deliverability
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and ever-changing environment
