Key Responsibilities
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and articulate clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for renewable energy products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities. Leverage data to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure seamless execution.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating the benefits of renewable energy products to customers and partners.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content (brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts) to support awareness and lead generation efforts for the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
• Campaign Development: Work with the marketing team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels, targeting B2B and B2C segments.
• Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to gather testimonials, use cases, and success stories that highlight the impact of our renewable energy solutions.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive growth.

Qualifications
The candidate should be an experienced marketing professional The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the renewable energy, cleantech, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy products (solar, wind, energy storage) and the energy market.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to promoting renewable energy.
Work Environment
- Must be able to maintain fast pace while completing complex work in potentially stressful situations with competing priorities within tight timelines and with frequent interruptions.
- The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting.
- Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer.
- Must be able to travel periodically to other KORE locations and for training.
