Position Overview:

Oversee and lead recruitment efforts across North America. Execute the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition: assess hiring needs, identify position requirements, research compensation, create job descriptions, source candidates, manage job postings, recruit and qualify candidates, and manage the offer acceptance process. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.  Facilitate the acquisition of the industry’s best talent. Utilize proactive search methods to provide highly qualified candidates on a consistent basis and in a timely manner. Build a successful, dominant team that will establish Kore as the leader in the energy storage industry.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment: identify and refine roles, create job descriptions, source, screen and interview candidates, and present a diversified and high-quality pool of candidates consistently
  • Partner with Human Resources and executive team to understand organizational talent needs and develop and implement cost-effective, efficient, and creative recruitment strategies
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure company’s message is consistent across job descriptions, job postings, social and business media pages and employees LinkedIn profiles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, departmental leadership, and HR throughout the employment lifecycle
  • Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment, selection, salary, and overall offer recommendation
  • Negotiate employment offers
  • Coordinate, represent and participate in recruitment events and tradeshows
  • Utilize cloud-based Applicant Tracking System to manage the recruitment process
  • Provide weekly reports to Human Resources, executives and hiring managers
  • Comply and support all aspects of the overall talent acquisition process, policies, and related employment laws and regulations
  • Consistently track and measure results against needs and goals and make corrections when needed
  • Lead diversity initiatives with internal and external groups

Qualifications: 

  • A. or B.S in a related field required or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years recruiting experienced technical, operational, manufacturing and corporate professionals in multiple locations required
  • Experience with online applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of creative sourcing and staffing strategies
  • Experience using social media as a unique way to source candidates
  • Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and other applications
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and ever-changing environment
