Job Description

KORE Power is seeking a diligent Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. The Financial Analyst’s responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and full financial analytics responsibility. You will also be assisting the CFO and CSO in company forecasting, assessing acquisition opportunities, and capital raising initiatives, including modeling and forecasting.

To be successful as a Financial Analyst, you should be able to accurately maintain a general ledger and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). We are also seeking a Staff Accountant with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.


  • Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organization and acquisition decision making
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP
  • Assisting the Finance department as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working experience with an ERP system
  • Strong Excel expertise and experience
  • Strong modeling expertise and experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
