Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Manage business activities related to trailer leasing, logistics power-only and TOFC trailer profit and equipment utilization through leasing of used equipment.
- Analyze trailer network to identify markets with opportunities to generate additional revenue for trailers via leasing, logistics power-only or TOFC.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase trailer leasing, logistics power-only and TOFC.
- Manage quotation process and pricing for trailer leasing opportunities.
- Analyze current market trends, conditions and forecasted economic information and competitive pricing to maximize profitability.
- Responsible for the engagement of potential and existing customers; establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships through introduction, follow-up and follow-through.
- Manage customer onboarding, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), monthly billing, miscellaneous add-ons, repairs on equipment and end of lease processes.
- Coordinate with Logistics on quantity, status and location of trailers used in power-only business.
- Manage the inflow and outflow of trailers used in Logistics power-only.
- Engage Intermodal department in movement of trailer via TOFC, especially to balance trailer network.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.
- Experience in transportation industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess good problem solving skills.
- Must be detailed orientated.
- Must possess strong organization skills.
- Must be able to work well with others.
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $64,050.00 Annual
