Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide support to the facility management team for assigned buildings under the KNX umbrella. 

  • Respond to facility inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to requestor, and follows up with requestors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create work orders and assign/communicate work orders to vendors, subcontractors, and technicians.
  • Assist in resolving problems related to completion of work orders.
  • Provide reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with appropriate vendors and technicians.
  • Maintain files on work orders, proposals and department files.
  • Create vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Process invoices, research status of payment and provide timely status updates to vendors.
  • Assist with reviewing facility inspections.
  • Provide support to corporate office reception desk as needed.
  • Assist with sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for projects
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring 

  • 3+ years related experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and able to provide directions.
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and able to effectively prioritize workload.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.


Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.48 Hourly
