Pay Range: $53,325.00 - $76,975.00 Annual (depending on experience) 

Location: North Phoenix (2002 W Wahalla Lane Phoenix, AZ 85027)

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

With close guidance and direction, incumbents participate in the development of applications or web designs by learning end-user needs, writing code and documenting processes as needed.

  • Perform program coding, testing, development and documentation activities for programs of average complexity as guided by senior developers and/or leadership.
  • Participate in integration, training and implementation activities as defined by supervisor.
  • Interact with users to gain clarity on objectives and operating procedures.
  • Review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to gain understanding of project scope, complexity, code changes and clarify expectations.
  • Learn and follow change control protocol.
  • Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • Previous experience in programming preferred.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must be willing to learn and apply knowledge to assigned projects.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to collaborate with others.
