We are urgently hiring an experienced Body and Paint Repair Technician with 3 to 5 years or more experience for our Phoenix location!

  • Pay Range $21 to $39

(Based on location, skill level, and experience)   

  • Overtime Pay Range $31.50 to $58.50

(Based on location, skill level, and experience)   

  • Quarterly Bonus Program

(Eligible up to 4 bonuses a year)

Schedule:   

  • Shifts Monday to Friday
  • Shop Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch

Qualifications:   

  • High School or equivalent
  • Experience with on-the-job training or diploma in vehicle maintenance from vocational or trade school a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Possess customer service & computer skills.
  • Ability to read & understand repair manuals
  • Ability to multitask & work as a team
  • Must possess the tools required to accomplish the essential job results required.
  • We are a DOT sensitive organization, and all candidates must submit to a pre-employment Drug screen (Hair) and lifetime background Check. 
  • Marijuana is a disqualification of employment. 

   

Mechanic Responsibilities:   

  • Perform light to medium body repairs on semi-tractor/trailer equipment to appropriate specifications (OEM, DOT, company, etc.).
  • Disassemble, repair and re-assemble including but not limited to panel replacement, Fiberglass repairs, Plastic repairs, and body filler
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
