Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Track equipment inventory and provide reporting and administrative support to leadership.
- Review and audit open tractor inventories.
- Manage tractor/trailer monthly schedules to ensure equipment moves are completed.
- Keep fleet leaders/driver managers informed as to availability and location of trucks and trailers.
- Coordinate with the shop to have all new trucks prepped and available in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the shop on out of service trucks.
- Prepare equipment reporting to terminals and leaders.
- Track repair progress by communicating with shop personnel.
- May assist with coordinating with suppliers as directed.
- Complete rebate requests for new equipment as directed.
- Maintain equipment titles and ensure files are correct and up to date.
- Handle insurance and registration for fleet vehicles.
- Facilitate equipment trades with shops, terminals and OEM.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 1+ years experience in transportation industry required.
- Associates or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with shop personnel and vendors.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be detail orientated.
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Must be knowledgeable of Office 365.
Pay Range: $24.25 - $28.96 Hourly
