Description

KIXEYE, the global leader in online combat strategy games, is currently looking to hire a Director of CRM & Retention Marketing to define, create and implement the overall customer communication strategy for our games. This person will develop customer segmentation and effective contact strategies, and test and optimize promotions via push notifications, email and social media. This person will successfully implement programs and promotions to improve the customer experience, personalize it to customer segments, and drive engagement, revenue and retention.

What you get to do every day:

  • Responsible for planning and execution of retention campaigns across multiple communication channels
  • Analyze campaign metrics: retention, monetization, engagement.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to implement marketing automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product to scope, build, and implement innovative new strategies.
What you bring to this role:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Deep expertise with industry-leading CRM tools 
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong relationship-builder; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent data analysis and Excel experience
  • Braze (Appboy) familiarity is preferred yet experience with Swrve or Leanplum is nice to have
  • Have an interest/passion in the gaming industry and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
