People look to you as the administrative face of the Product Org, so things run smoothly and impeccably.


What you get to do every day:

  • Manage the calendar of the Chief Product Officer with grace. Have a keen eye for preventing hiccups, and anticipating needs. Assist CPO with projects as needed
  • Assist the VP of Product with calendaring needs
  • Assist the Product Leadership Team & Game Teams as needed, from small day-to-day requests, to running larger ongoing meetings
  • Work closely with KIXEYE’s stellar Admin team
  • Take care of the health and organization of the Product org, acting as a constant source of calm in any storm
  • Create impeccable travel arrangements for the Product Org (based in San Francisco, CA & Brisbane, Australia) - whether complex or simple
  • Serve as a liaison, with delegated authority, between CPO and his reports by relaying information and following commitments through to completion
  • Act as a centralized point person within the Product organization assisting employees in problem solving, no matter the situation
  • Regularly plan and execute events, including but not limited to: internal meals, large-scale meetings, and quarterly team outings
  • Interact regularly with the Executive Team and other persons of note

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience as EA
  • Outstanding communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Ability to keep the trains running on time while graciously acting as a gatekeeper
  • The ability to liaison with the Executive Team and sophisticated external parties
  • The willingness to jump in and assist as needed in a variety of situations, from communicating with Board Members, to cleaning up after an event. “That’s not my job” is not in your vocabulary
  • A proven track record of exercising discretion, confidentiality & financial responsibility
  • Superior judgment and the ability to quickly prioritize, triage and escalate when needed
  • Efficiency and focus at the office, but also be available 24/7 when necessary
  • Previous experience in a tech/gaming environment a plus
