You have the uncanny ability to maintain a calming presence while undergoing numerous tasks throughout your day in an extremely fast-paced environment. People look to you as the administrative face of the Marketing org, so things run smoothly and impeccably.

What you get to do every day:

  • Manage the CMO’s calendars with grace and a keen eye for preventing hiccups
  • Provide seamless support with personal agenda items
  • Assist the CMO's direct reports and organization as needed, from small day-to-day requests to running larger ongoing meetings
  • Work closely with KIXEYE’s stellar Marketing team
  • Take care of the health and organization of the Marketing org, acting as a constant source of calm in any storm
  • Create impeccable travel arrangements- whether complex or simple
  • Serve as a liaison, with delegated authority, between CMO and his reports by relaying information and following commitments through to completion
  • Act as a centralized point person within the Marketing organization assisting employees in problem solving, no matter the situation
  • Regularly plan and execute events, including but not limited to: internal meals, large-scale meetings, and quarterly team outings
  • Interact regularly with the Executive Team, investors and other persons of note

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience as EA
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to keep the trains running on time while graciously acting as a gatekeeper
  • The ability to liaison with the Executive Team and sophisticated external parties
  • A proven track record of exercising discretion, confidentiality, and financial responsibility
  • Superior judgment and the ability to quickly prioritize, triage and escalate when needed
  • Efficiency and focus at the office, but also be available 24/7 when necessary
  • Previous experience in a tech/marketing environment a plus
