FACT Team Therapist – Full Time
$3,000 sign on bonus*
Hiring Range: $29.58 - $36.97 per hour
Additional $2.00 per hour differential

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) team at KMHS. FACT provides time-limited services to clients most impacted by their mental health disorders including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for the team by assessing client strengths and needs to guide team activities.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients and team members.
- Offer individual therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis and Motivational Interviewing.
- Compile detailed psychosocial histories and evaluations to formulate treatment plans.
- Participate in daily team meetings and treatment planning reviews.
- Conduct crisis intervention, coordinate with crisis teams, and support client well-being.
- Assist clients in building independent living skills and community integration.
- Monitor clients for compliance with Least Restrictive Alternatives (LRA).
