Bilingual WISe Team Therapist (Bilingual Spanish and English Required)
Hiring Range: $31.80 - $39.19 Per Hour (+ Additional $2.00/Hour for WISe Team Therapists)
$3,000 hiring bonus*

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is looking for a compassionate Bilingual WISe Team Therapist to join our Wraparound Intensive Services (WISe) team, dedicated to helping at-risk kids and their families access intensive, personalized mental health support. WISe offers a highly individualized approach, meeting families where they are—at home or in convenient community locations—to create a plan centered on each child and family’s strengths.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical services to children and families, including evidence-based treatments (CANS certification required within two months of hire).
- Provide outreach and participate in meetings in various settings (home, community, office).
- Collaborate with schools, social services, and providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Build support networks, including natural and community supports, to empower families in WISe.
- Educate families, advocate for client rights, and maintain coordination with agencies like DSHS, court systems, and housing authorities.
- Support clients in accessing healthcare, developing self-management skills, and connecting with primary care and dental providers.
- Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with crisis services as needed.
- Document client progress and maintain client records in alignment with agency standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Psychology, social services, or a mental health field.
EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience)
Bilingual Spanish required.
This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and have reliable, insured transportation.
LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor (can be obtained after hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Intermediate (minimum 3 years of job-related experience)
Business-rated insurance may be required if performing outreach duties.
LICENSURE: Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC)
