Hiring Range: $29.58 - $36.97 Per Hour

Take the lead in transforming lives with Kitsap Mental Health Services as a Forensic Programs Supervisor for the FPATH (Forensic Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) and FHARPS (Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services) programs. Work closely with Trueblood Class Members, supporting their journey to stable housing and improved mental health. Leverage your supervisory skills and commitment to equity to empower your team and clients in creating meaningful change.

 

As a Forensic Programs Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of Care Managers, Housing Specialists, and Peer Support Specialists to deliver housing-first solutions and recovery-oriented care for clients navigating the justice system. By fostering client-centered strategies, you’ll ensure program fidelity, financial stewardship, and strong interagency collaborations.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, training, and support for the FPATH and FHARPS teams.
  • Oversee case management services, housing coordination, and referrals to ensure timely and appropriate client care.
  • Maintain program compliance with housing laws, financial policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments, landlords, and community agencies.
  • Manage program resources, including housing subsidies, client vouchers, and flex funds, to maximize impact.
  • Lead quality assurance reviews and assist with program development and staff evaluations.
  • Maintain a small client caseload, providing direct services to support program goals.
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of services and crisis intervention as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, social services, or behavioral health field OR Four or more year’s relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must meet agency driving requirements, including meeting the minimum age requirement of 21 years old, successfully completing a motor vehicle history check, possessing and maintaining a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and having reliable, insured transportation.

LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Psychology, social services, or behavioral health field.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment. Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.. Ability to safely and legally drive personal and team vehicle, must hold a valid WA State license for 1 year with clean driving record to use agency vehicles

 

Work Environment: Frequent mobility in the community and other settings. May also require standing or sitting for extended periods.

 

Mental/Physical RequirementsWhile performing the job duties, the employee is required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, or listen.  Peripheral vision is also required for this position.
