About the Opportunity
As the Staff Engineer of Integrations at Kantata, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing the vital connections that power our operational efficiency and data connectivity. This pivotal role involves architecting robust integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and other technologies to ensure seamless data flow across our software ecosystem and external services. You will lead complex integration projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide timely, high-quality results. Your expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance will be critical to maintaining the reliability of our integrations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Instructional Content Design & eLearning Curriculum Development: Design and develop high-quality instructional content and eLearning curriculum tailored to evolving product features. Create and maintain eLearning content and structure using authoring tools and Kantata’s LMS.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Content Validation: Validate content with key stakeholders and develop new materials to support Kantata’s student base.
- Customer and Employee Product Training: Deliver custom product training to clients and employees via virtual, on-site, classroom, and webinar formats. Engage with clients to understand desired education outcomes, develop relevant agendas, and deliver training that supports Kantata implementation and drives product adoption.
- Learning Management System Implementation: Assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Kantata’s LMS.
- Internal Project Leadership: Lead and participate in initiatives related to training methodology, standards, systems, and best practices. Represent Training in cross-functional internal projects, influencing outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
What You Bring to this Role
- 6+ years in software training, with proven curriculum development and live training delivery (virtual, on-site, classroom, webinars).
- Deep understanding of the professional services domain and PSA implementation; knowledge of Kantata OX or SX highly preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong computer aptitude.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Experience managing large projects/processes and mentoring others.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
