Location - Langley BC

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily delivery of our mobile service operations, ensuring exceptional performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, you’ll guide a team of Field Service Technicians, manage fleet and inventory processes, and drive operational excellence across your region.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the daily activities of Field Service Technicians, ensuring service standards are met.
  • Monitor and optimize scheduling, fleet readiness, and inventory accuracy to support operational efficiency.
  • Conduct on-site visits to observe, coach, and mentor technicians, reinforcing Kal Tire’s operational standards.
  • Partner with Dispatch, Billing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless and timely service to customers.
  • Track and report on team performance, productivity, and safety compliance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support execution of store budgets, initiatives, and customer service goals aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications and Success
  • You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
  • Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
  • Automotive or tire experience is an asset.
