Success in this role comes down to two things: finding the right opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships. You’ll represent the full scope of Kal Tire’s products and services and position us as a dependable partner to commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
- Build and manage a territory plan focused on revenue and growth
- Prospect through outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Lead sales from first conversation through to close
- Understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions
- Work with internal teams to onboard new customers effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Keep CRM (Salesforce) current with pipeline activity and customer insight
- Monitor progress against targets and adjust your approach as needed
- Represent Kal Tire in the field and within the local business community
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
- Comfortable prospecting and closing new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good business sense—you can connect customer needs to solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
