Description

We are looking for Team Members to join us at our new Airdrie, AB. Kal Tire.  

Providing top service to our customers while performing tire removal, installation, and repair services. As the ideal candidate, you have a strong desire to be in the automotive industry, have a passion for people, and understand the value of good customer service.   

Job Responsibilities   

  • Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for passenger and commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct diagnostics, evaluate the repairability of damage, and choose and complete proper repair methods
  • Provide a great customer service experience.

Job Requirements   

  • A valid driver’s license (preferred) 
  • You have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to problem solve on the spot
  • Tire technician experience (preferable but not required)
  • Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills with the desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
