Kal Tire is seeking a Commercial Dispatcher- Sales and Service  to join our Sudbury Team.  

About the Role:  

  • Take incoming calls and email from customers who require service work
  • Learn Kal Tire’s POS and other software systems
  • Responsible for creating a welcoming environment to our customers
  • Providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and being a product and service expert 
  • Provide information about work orders and relay customer notes to drivers
  • Work in a collaborative Team environment
  • Schedule truck maintenance & other duties

What you bring:  

  • You enjoy creating and building long term customer relationships
  • You are a self-starter committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace
  • You have 2 years' experience in a customer service, counter or inside sale role
  • You have demonstrated understanding of automotive/ related industry 
  • You are organized and can multitask with ease
  • You are computer savvy and able to learn and manage multiple systems at once
  • Prior call centre or dispatch experience is an asset
