- Répondre aux appels entrants tout en traitant les demandes, les préoccupations ou les questions des clients.
- Capacité éprouvée dans un environnement de vente interne et/ou de vente au comptoir; peut fournir des connaissances et des informations sur les produits aux clients de manière confiante et amicale.
- Capacité à fournir des détails sur les conditions de prix et à préparer et présenter des devis aux clients.
- Compétences efficaces et orientées vers les détails en matière de saisie de données; doit être capable de saisir des rendez-vous et des commandes dans les systèmes POS/internes.
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par l'industrie automobile et aimez travailler dans un environnement d'équipe dynamique et rapide.
- Vous possédez d'exceptionnelles compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Vous avez 2 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de service à la clientèle, de comptoir ou de vente interne (préférable). Vous avez une compréhension démontrée de l'industrie automobile/connexe et une aptitude à acquérir des connaissances sur les produits.
- Connaissance des principes du comportement du consommateur.
- Compétences efficaces en résolution de problèmes, en planification et en organisation.
- Vous aimez être actif tout au long de la journée et n'avez aucun problème à soulever des pneus de 30 à 50 lb au besoin.
- Vous êtes toujours conscient de la sécurité, portez votre EPI obligatoire et suivez les protocoles de travail sécuritaires comme indiqué.

We are looking for a Front-Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. Do you have experience providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and being a product and service expert, among other responsibilities?
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 12 noon (During certain periods of the year)

Day to Day responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
- Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
- Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.
- Proven ability in an inside sales and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge and information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
- Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
- Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
Qualifications and Success
- You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
- You have exceptional customer service skills.
- You have 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred). You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
- Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb. tires around as needed.
- You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
