Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting and mounting tires, balancing, inflating, and reinstalling tires.
  • Diagnose tire issues, evaluate reparability, and apply appropriate repair methods.
  • Basic understanding and use of alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube and filter service.
  • Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures, alignment, flush machines, and oil lube and filter service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client's expectations.

Qualifications and Success:

  • Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout the day.
  • Being safety conscious is of utmost importance - always wear required PPE and follow instructed work protocols.
  • Motivated, positive attitude, respectful work environment, and develop team members in a positive atmosphere.
