Job Responsibilities  

As a 1st or 2nd-year Automotive Apprentice, your role will involve: 

  • Work closely with experienced mechanics to learn and understand automotive repair procedures.
  • Perform routine tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
  • Gradually take on more complex repair tasks, such as brake replacements, engine tune-ups, and suspension repairs, under supervision.
  • Enhance diagnostic skills by actively participating in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Upholding a safety-first mindset, consistently adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

Job Requirements 

To excel in this role, you should possess: 

  • Enrollment in and active pursuit of levels 1 or 2 of apprenticeship training.
  • Physical stamina, with the ability to comfortably lift up to 50lbs at shoulder height.
  • A commitment to safety, valuing the use of required PPE, and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
