Warehouse Administrator
Description
Kal Tire is hiring a Warehouse Administrator to support operations at our new warehouse facility in Amaranth, Ontario, just west of Orangeville. This on-site role provides essential administrative and operational support with a focus on invoicing, data accuracy, and the effective use of warehouse and office systems. The successful candidate will be technically savvy, highly organized, and a collaborative team player who supports warehouse operations by keeping administrative processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front-line customer and phone support.
- Manage clerical and office administration, including scheduling, records, supplies, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain accurate payroll, timekeeping, and HR records using PeopleSoft and related systems.
- Coordinate warehouse logistics activities, including trailer bookings, load documentation, PODs, and carrier communications.
- Process invoices, expenses, and deposits with a focus on accuracy and cost control.
- Support safety initiatives, team communications, uniforms, and overall workplace organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; office administration diploma preferred.
- Flexibility in work hours as required.
