Responsibilities
- Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair commercial tires
- Inspect tires and vehicles to identify service requirements
- Perform tire maintenance, including inflation checks, tread inspections, and condition assessments
- Provide fleet, roadside, and off-site tire service as required
- Operate tire service equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate completed work and maintenance recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times
Requirements
- Commercial tire or automotive experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Team-oriented with a safety-first approach
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
