Front Counter Sales Representative Shipper & Receiver 

Location: Coquitlam, BC

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store helping customers choose the right products and services, answering questions, and keeping things moving. It’s a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination with the shop team.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers find the right tires and services based on their needs
  • Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and complete transactions
  • Answer calls, book appointments, and keep customer records up to date
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Resolve customer concerns in a practical and professional way
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach
  • Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
  • Interest in the automotive industry (experience is an asset, not required)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to following safety processes

Shipper & Receiver: If you like staying organized, working hands-on, and keeping things moving, this role is a good fit. As a Shipper Receiver, you’ll manage the flow of tires and wheels through the location. It’s a physical, fast-paced role where accuracy and teamwork matter. This is a temporary position with full-time or part-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, takes safety seriously, and keeps operations running behind the scenes. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys physical work and staying organized.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming tires and wheels
  • Prepare and ship outgoing product accurately and on time
  • Load, unload, and move inventory safely throughout the shift
  • Check shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring proper documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
  • Support inventory control, including cycle counts and record accuracy
  • Work closely with the store team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Full-time availability for the duration of the contract
  • Ability to lift and move tires (30–50 lbs or more) throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction
  • Commitment to working safely at all times
