Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and maintenance, including checking inflation, tread wear, and overall condition to ensure tire safety, efficiency, and performance
- Communicate services performed by providing insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance
- Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services for commercial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support
- Adhere to Kal Tire’s safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence

What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial tire installation, repair, and maintenance is considered an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently
- Safety-first mindset to adhere with all safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and promoting a secure workplace culture
- Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges
