Dispatcher - Field Service
Description
In this role, you’ll learn Kal Tire systems, speak with customers, create work orders, and efficiently dispatch the Field Service Team based on priority while collaboratively with the Store Operations Team to ensure Kal Tire processes and procedures are followed.
Your strong geographic understanding of the Lower Mainland will help with getting our Team to our customers on the road who need us. If you have dispatch experience, are seeking a supervisory position, and are familiar with the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area, reach out today.

- Take incoming calls and emails from customers who require service work.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, supportive workplace environment while supervising the Field Service Team.
- Learn internal Kal Tire software systems and manage multiple computer programs simultaneously including Microsoft applications such as Excel.
- Prioritize and monitor incoming dispatch requests and Team Members out on calls.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Team to increase efficiencies.
- Able to work full-time hours Monday-Friday day shifts.
- 2 years of experience in dispatch or a related field.
- A demonstrated understanding of the automotive or related industry.
- A history of creating and building long-term customer and team relationships.
- You are looking to grow into a management-level position through an organized training program.
