Senior Sales Data Analyst

Kal Tire is building out Contract Management and RFP business functions within Sales Operations.  We require a Data Analyst to deliver fact-based insights to enhance the quality of decision making as we streamline business processes for contract management, bidding on proposals, tenders and RFPs. Please note, this is a limited term, contract position.


  • Pricing analysis to support the RFP process
  • Build a model to audit invoice sales against customer agreements
  • Develop pro-forma sales forecasts for strategic accounts
  • Build corporate customer dashboards to provide an overview of all the aspects of the customer’s business with Kal Tire
  • Support corporate account managers with more complex analysis to enable fact based selling for large, strategic accounts
  • Deliver insights and data visualizations to the VP of Sales and Sales Operations Manager to support decision making
  • Mentor and coach a Sales Admin team member to enhance their data analytics skills
  • Build data and variable driven excel templates to be used as sales tools by the corporate sales team


  • Data extraction using SQL tools
  • Numerical analysis experience using various techniques, e.g. regression analysis, fitting distributions to historic data, time series analysis
  • Extract and combine data from a variety of sources within and external to the Kal Tire data ecosystem
  • Building models and reports using advanced data analysis and visualization skills in Excel and PowerBI
