- Assist and perform mechanical inspections and service including completing and use of work order inspection procedures and tools, basic understanding and use of alignment machine, flush machines, oil lube and filter service.
- Perform tire removal, installation, repair, service, and safely for all passenger and commercial vehicles. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and installing repaired or replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to procedure.
- Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
- Provide a safe and environmentally responsible workplace by following all safety and environmental policies and rules and by taking an active approach to accident prevention and environmental protection.
- Contribute to an upbeat atmosphere in the workplace by supporting and providing assistance to other team members.
- Registered apprenticeship
- Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical Stamina and the ability to lift and move tires and parts.
- Strong communication skills with the desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean drivers abstract.
- Safety conscious, wear required PPE and follow safe work protocols.
