Are you seeking a customer service role where you’ll be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to problem solving, safety and helping grow customer relationships?

Kal Tire is seeking a Service Writer to join our busy team onsite at our Yellowhead Trail location in Edmonton. As a new team member, you’ll learn Kal Tire products and process and help our customers with their vehicle repair needs in a B2B commercial environment. 

About the Role:

  • Help customers in person, over the phone and via email
  • Explain customers’ needs to staff to ensure vehicle maintenance is performed as needed
  • Provide information to our customers on Kal Tire products and services

What you bring:

  • You enjoy creating and building long term customer relationships
  • Prior Automotive, Heavy Duty or Parts experience 
  • Committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace
  • You are organized and can multitask with ease

Hours:

  • Full Time
  • Monday – Saturday
  • Within the hours of:  8am - 5pm
  • Overtime opportunities available

Hiring Process
