Inside Sales Representative

KAI Partners is sourcing "Inside Sales Representatives" for one of the worlds fastest growing" microinverter company's.

By combining the power of solar energy and the proven advantages of communications technology, our client makes solar power systems productive, reliable, smart and safe  increasing the energy harvest of solar panels by up to 25 percent. Their microinverter system is profoundly changing the way solar systems function, and as a result, changing the solar industry itself.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling clients products through phone and email to existing and new customers. This position will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - nurturing the account manager, making the sale and post sales follow up. Experience in direct sales in a call center environment is key to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to extend offers to upgrade
  • Working with network contractors to fulfil upgrades for customers
  • Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
  • Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

Experience and Skills: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)

  • Two plus years of sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with PC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and math skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
  • Virtual Sales Presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employees


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Degree in business/marketing preferred
