Senior Systems Administrator
KAI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Systems Administrator evaluates, plans, designs, and continuously improves enterprise architecture strategies to align IT systems with organizational objectives and ensure optimal performance. They specialize in configuring lifecycle management tools, safeguarding critical systems, and implementing scalable solutions to support business goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Protect critical systems and assets by designing and implementing scalable IT solutions.
- Build and deploy new software and hardware while providing training to teams.
- Assist in developing overall IT strategies and providing support for PC security, networking, PC hardware, Windows, and Active Directory.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting system performance or accessibility.
- Configure lifecycle management tools specializing in requirements management, workflow management, and test management.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current state of the architecture portfolio and map IT assets and business processes to EA governance principles.
- Recommend policy changes and projects to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop blueprints to optimize IT resource alignment for large enterprises and architect scalable solutions across multiple domains.
- Create end-to-end enterprise architecture strategies encompassing business, infrastructure, information, and application architectures.
- Define and document a unified EA framework and standards for client adoption.
- Develop and execute EA organizational change management plans, including training materials, communications, and implementation strategies.
- Create high-level EA road maps and budgets for large-scale implementation.
- Promote alignment, standardization, and reuse of IT assets while leveraging agile development and quality assurance to enhance efficiency and solution delivery.
- Evaluate adherence to standards, providing coaching to improve EA discipline performance.
- Design and develop enterprise-level database solutions with advanced data modeling techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work/Education Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or other related degrees. (Required)
- 5+ years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis and design. (Required)
- 2+ years’ experience as an architect configuring IBM ELM (Required)
- 2+ years of ITIL experience (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Required)
- CSM and/or CSPO (Required)
- Certified Software Tester Certification or CBAP (Desired)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Desired)
Compensation Range: $106,000 – $143,000
The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range. In addition, eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
